This solid-steel, chrome-finish 24" bar's angled ends and stirrup handles enable a deeper stretch than conventional lat bars to maximize exercise effectiveness. Contoured, knurled urethane rubber grips ensure a secure, no-slip hold. Two additional contoured inner grips enable bar to be used for triceps press-downs and biceps curls, too. Free-moving center swivel ensures smooth, uninterrupted motion.
