Pair of #5 Small Woody Bands:
- Length - 41 inches
- Width - 2 1/2 inches
- Resistance - 60 to 150 lbs.
Large bands are usually used for obtaining maximum resistance with squats, dead lifts, leg presses and shrugs but can also be used for assisted pull ups.

Bands will wear out and/or break over time. ALWAYS inspect the bands carefully PRIOR to EACH USE for any tears or damage. NEVER use a band that is worn or damaged. DO NOT expose bands to any oil-based product, like suntan lotion, baby oil, etc. which will damage the latex material. Use responsibly and at your own risk.
