The SupraBar and SupraBar Cable System employ bio-mechanical supination, the inward and outward rotation of the wrist, to isolate exertion to targeted muscle groups while relieving stress on tendons and joints. The SupraBar free-weight bar is designed to work with Olympic weights. The SupraBar Cable System replaces straight bars with Cable Curl Bar, Butterfly Tri-Bar and the unique Spreader Bar for multiple exercises.
