This is a .5 ohm/100 watt wire wound, ceramic core, vitreous enamel or silicone coated resistor. Resistor is 3.5 inches long and is used on the StairMaster 4200PT, 4400PT and 4600PT as well as some CrossRobics 1650LE units.
