The manufacturer suggests that both belt pulleys and the belt be replaced at the same time in order for the pulleys and belt to match.
Worn belts are a sign of misaligned belts and or pulleys. Check all alignments (upper crank pulley to lower crank pulley and lower crank pulley to the generator).
