The RumbleRoller allows you to get self-myofascial release with bumps that are firm yet flexible enough to manipulate soft tissue just like the thumbs of a massage therapist

Bumps continuously knead the contours of your body while gently stretching soft tissue in multiple directions to help restore flexibility and bring relief to common types of muscular pain
The bumps, by design, are firmer than muscle tissue yet much softer than bone so they move out of the way if they contact your spine or other bone protrusions
Bumps are closely spaced to each other allowing several of them to contact your body during most exercises

Full size roller is ideal for the widest part of your back, to roll both legs (hamstrings, quads, and/or calves) at the same time or transition from one IT to the other without moving the roller
Change the intensity of the massage by switching movement from a back and forth rolling motion to a side to side rocking motion

During rolling movements (roller moving beneath you), the bumps flex relatively easy and provide a wiping type massage pressure
During rocking movements (side to side toward the ends of the roller), the bumps are forced to flex in a direction in which they are designed to be slightly stiffer, creating a deeper "digging" pressure
