The myo-therapy ball is used for myofascial release of the muscles in every area of the body. Different size balls accommodate different muscle groups and body sizes. Myofacial release greatly increases mobility and recovery time. Great for self treatment of trigger points. Use the 6" ball for smaller, specific muscles in the neck, arms, and spine.
The Myo-Therapyball is constructed of heat sealed, non penetratable EVA foam; preventing bacteria growth on the surface. EVA foam is built to withstand the demands of exercise and will not lose shape.
