Description
An athlete can run with additional, consistent resistance without interfering with their running form by using the Sheet. A 10' strap attached to an H-harness connects the athlete to the steel sled. The quick release feature allows the athlete to disconnect from the sled and drag strap at any time and continue to run with no resistance. The sled can carry over 200lbs. and holds olympic weight plates.
