Measuring in at 19" length x 9" width, this is the most compact version in Ultimate Sandbag training and is best suited for beginning women or young athletes, rotational training, attaching to suspension trainers and bootcamps.
The power package comes with (2) 10-20 pound filler bags that allow easy change of weight. Also includes a training DVD and training wall map.
Sand is not included.
